Your base pay is targeted to be competitive to the market rate. It may be raised through merit increases based on performance, or increases reflective of new skills and responsibilities acquired.

HEALTH & WELLBEING BENEFITS
We offer three medical plans to fit your specific needs: Primary Care Plan, Balanced HRA Plan and the Choice HSA Plan. And if you’re in Colorado, you have a fourth option with Kaiser Permanente. The plans differ in price and the amount of coverage they offer. To help you choose the best plan for you (and make the most of your plan once you enroll), you have tools like ALEX available at no extra cost. Each medical plan covers preventive care at 100% and comes with prescription drug coverage. Virtual Care like MDLIVE, LiveHealth Online and Nurseline make it easy for you to get care, no matter where you are or what time it may be. We also reward you for making healthy choices with our wellness program.
You have two choices for dental coverage: the Basic Option and the Enhanced Option. Your plan helps cover cleanings, x-rays, minor and major treatments, and orthodontia (with the Enhanced Option).
Save on eye exams, lenses, frames and contacts for you and your eligible dependents. You may be covered for laser vision surgery, too.
TAX-ADVANTAGED HEALTH CARE ACCOUNTS
HSA: If you’re enrolled in the Choice HSA Plan, you will receive a Health Savings Account, or HSA. This employee-owned account lets you save pre-tax dollars to use on eligible health expenses, now or in the future. The company contributes to this account when you complete a wellness activities. The money in your account is 100% yours, meaning you take it with you if you leave or retire from the company, and it rolls over from year to year.
HRA: If you’re enrolled in the Primary Care or Balanced HRA Plan, you automatically receive a Health Reimbursement Account, or HRA. The company will contribute to this account if you complete wellness activities. Unlike the HSA, this money is not yours to keep if you decide to leave, but it does roll over from year to year.
Flexible Spending Accounts: Set aside a certain amount from your paycheck to help pay for eligible health care, dependent care or commuting expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Wellness Program: Earn money into your HRA or HSA to help make your health care expenses more manageable by completing certain wellness activities – you have a variety to choose from.

Leave of Absence
A leave of absence is available so you may care for yourself, a newborn, adopted or foster child, or to care for a seriously ill family member. In addition, leaves of absence for military service, jury duty and bereavement are available.

End of Year Break
Here at the company, we all know that our work never truly ends unless someone tells us otherwise. That’s why we’ve started a new tradition for many of our employees around the world – the End of Year Break (EOYB). This “prescribed rest period” takes place the week between Christmas and New Year’s. The EOYB requires employees to use their vacation time to cover the related time off.
